Have had the most enjoyable weekend. Weather has been fabulous and I have been able to get out and about in my garden. I just love this time of year, everything is growing, my seeds are sprouting, and I feel happy with the world. I just wish each day had about 48 hrs in it, I always seem to be so busy and would love one of those time manipulating tools that Hermione Granger had in Harry Potter, gosh what I could do with one of those!!!
I have been making some coil bowls recently, and want to use the scenery around where I live to influence my decisions on colour and form. I just love the solway coast, and am working on an interpretation of the colours and fluid movement of the area. Will post a pic once it's finished. Off for a quick G & T, some dinner and then back on my head, that's the tea break over!

Hi Kate!
Love your bowls!
Do you have a 'subscribe' button for your blog!
I need your address for our swap - or did i miss it?
Yes, sometimes people can just sense a kindred spirit- since I think that I used to 'live in Britain 'long ago' and that we both love cats and have red hair... it was just Kismet!
I have to say that I am a bit of a blogger virgin, it drives me mad that I don't know how to add stuff. Have just had a small screaching session because I was trying to add a "handmade" button and I can't work out what's wrong and why I can't add it. Anyway enough of my rambling, my address is "Sulewath", Clarencefield, Dumfries, Scotland. DG1 4NF. Will try to add a subscribe button, but don't hold your breath, as I am definitely a computer dinosaur !!!
