Four Seasons ATC Swap

After coming home from the SECC in Glasgow yesterday there was a lovely parcel of goodies from a fellow Mixed media ATC group member. It was like Christmas and birthday all mixed into one. The parcel contained a variety of items, none of which I currently have, so I was doubly pleased.

I have finished by Four Seasons swap, this one is the element of wind. I used a blue card blank and drew on lines of glue to cover with glitter, small swirls and floating leaves give the impression of movement (I hope). The large leaf in the centre is a transparent film covered with angelina fibres (although the scan really doesn't show how sparkly it is). The cockerel at the bottom was supposed to represent a weather vane.

This second image is the Water element. Done on some of Julies's wonderful card, with hand made paper and fabric over the top. Again I used a glue pen and glitter for effect.

Unfortunately I can't seem to upload the other photos at the moment, problem with Blogger apparently, so hopefully I'll get them on in the next post.
