Ladies Evening

It's been an OK week so far, probably because it's only Tuesday!! Today has not been very taxing thank heavens as I only got 3 hours sleep last night (insomnia rules). I have been quite busy today getting ready for a "Ladies Evening" (sounds like something from Little Britain!!) to be held in Lockerbie Town Hall on Friday 29th Feb 7.30 - 10pm. It is being run in recognition of "Women for Women 2008"
The flyer states "Whilst recognising and celebrating the trials, tribulations and achievements of women around the world, we aim to host a fabulous evening indulging in all that women love; fashion, pampering, health, learning, creating, shopping and much, much more." So to that end I will be there with my DH (bless him does he know what he's letting himself in for?) trying to promote quilting and all things fabricy (if there is such a word) I'll let you all know how it goes, maybe even with a few photos, although I have to say we're having problems with getting the digital camera to upload photos tonight, so I'm hoping it'll stop having it's strop and play properly tomorrow.
