My business partner's daughter got married yesterday to a lovely American lad. They were married in Moffat, Scotland and we had an absolutely fabulous day. Weather was good, bride and groom looked stunning, party was wonderful, company was great, all in all a fantastic day.
But now it's back to reality and sewing. My daughter is lying in bed coughing and spluttering, feeling very sorry for herself, but bless her, she has a rotten cold and is obviously feeling lousy. DH(darling husband) has gone over to my parents to fix a hoover, I'm sure he'll enjoy that loads!!! and me ........ well ironing is shouting at me to be done, and the pile gets ever higher. Quilts made recently.....none, quilts in my head to be made.....too numerous to count, quilts to be finished off.....2 and rising. ATC's to be made....oh loads and loads!!! What to do first...it's such a dilemma - ironing vs sewing. You just know what's going to win don't you?
